How to Play Machine Party with Friends
Machine Party by Mike Klubnika supports 2 to 4 players in both Online Multiplayer and Local Couch Co-op (added in v2.0). Here is how to get your squad into a lobby in under 60 seconds.
Method 1: Online Multiplayer via Room Code
- Launch Machine Party on Steam.
- Select ONLINE from the main menu.
- Click HOST GAME to generate a unique 4-letter/number Room Code.
- Share the Room Code with up to 3 friends.
- Your friends select ONLINE -> JOIN GAME, type the Room Code, and press Connect.
- Once all players ready up, the Host starts the 15-minigame simulation!
Method 2: Local Couch Co-op (v2.0)
With the v2.0 update, Machine Party supports full 4-player same-screen gameplay:
- Connect up to 4 controllers (Xbox, PlayStation, or generic gamepad).
- One player can use Keyboard & Mouse, meaning for 4 players you only need 3 controllers!
- Go to LOCAL on the main menu, choose Original, Custom, or Arcade, and press any button on controllers to join.
